What are the lasers used for hair removal?
Nd;Yag, and Diode are used. Nd:yag is the best for dark skin people like Indians where as Diode is good for fair skin people
How long does it take to complete the treatment?
It will take 8 to 10 laser sessions with a gap of 4 to 6 weeks between sessions.
What are the complications?
Rarely Burns are produced if higher energy is delivered. With diode lasers pigmentary changes can occur in dark skin individuals.
Is it possible to remove all the hair?
After completion of laser treatment, 60 t0 70% of hair will not come. The remaining hair become thin and light in color and are barely visible. A few persons may require maintenance lasers.
